Photo Blogging Challenge – Baseball

june2016

The theme for the June photo blogging challenge was “Baseball”.

If you know me in real life, you know for sure, but if you’re a regular blog reader, you may have also guessed I’m obsessed with the Boston Red Sox.

I lived a dream when I got to play baseball at Fenway Park last year.

The college I attended is only a 5 minute walk from Fenway Park. My 10 year college reunion was this June, and one of the activities was attending a Red Sox game.

We had a row of adorable young fans seated in front of us.

Painting

When you get known as a Red Sox fan, people give you stuff.

This painting was made by my sister-in-law Jackie, and is on display in my living room.

Gnome

I forget who gave me this gnome, but it’s on display on a book shelf filled with wedding thank you cards.

Sometimes, a Red Sox hat can win over a crowd. This New York resident tried it at the Public Relations Society of America Northeast Conference in Boston.

Finally, a bonus photo of me with a Red Sox stained glass (I bought this myself) also on display in my condo living room.

My dress is from Gwynnie Bee.

Hope you enjoyed my photos!

This monthly photo blogging challenge is facilitated by PJ of the Northeast Bloggers Network.

Thanks for inspiring me to take more photos!

Here’s yet another free fitness class to get on your calendar: Move Sweat Love Pilates Bootcamp.

MSL Pilates Bootcamp is returning to the North End Greenway for a 4th season and it’s better than ever!  Created and led by renowned Pilates instructor & PUMA Team Faster Trainer, Ali Baldassare, you will experience her signature Pilates Fusion Bootcamp which combines creative cardio drills, classical pilates sequencing, and innovative core exercises designed to challenge, strengthen, & tone your entire body.   DJ Johnathan Oh will be live on set spinning the hottest beats to create a unique and motivating environment to keep you moving!  PUMA will be providing swag to each participant to use during the event and take home afterward.  Essentia Water will be there providing hydration for all!

I sadly can’t make either June class this year, so I’m hoping they continue after June.

I’ve been to previous classes Ali hosted on the Greenway though and loved them! I highly recommend checking out her classes.

Here are my posts on other classes with Ali that I’ve attended:

Boston Public Health – Free Summer Fitness Series

summerfit

You know I love free fitness and try to make this blog a source of info for you on free fitness opportunities whenever I find them.

The full listing of classes can be found at the Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series

I haven’t decided yet which of these classes will be added to my schedule.

Summer in MA has an abundance of free fitness, in addition to year round November Project, so that’s triggered 2 posts in a row for me about free fitness classes.
