The theme for the March photo blogging challenge was “Three”.
The challenge for me this month was to remember to take pictures since the month was so busy.
I attended 3 conferences this month: Lady Project Summit, Institute for Trustees Nonprofit Board Governance, (both in MA) and the Nonprofit Technology Conference (in CA).
I liked the look of these 3 handles at the bar of Iron Furnace in Quincy, MA
MA has a very high population of Irish Americans and Boston takes Saint Patrick’s Day seriously. This huge flag of Ireland was hanging in Rowes Wharf in Boston.
Walking around San Jose, CA after the Nonprofit Technology Conference, I spotted this sculpture in San Pedro Square and thought the 3 balls fit the theme for this month.
On our flight back to Boston from San Jose, my husband I had a 6 hour layover in Seattle. Our Godchildren and their family live in Seattle and it worked out that we could get a quick lunch and visit with the kids before we had to head back home!
I call these last 2 photos: “And Godkid makes 3”
It was awesome to be able to visit the kids in person and not through Skype!
This monthly photo blogging challenge is facilitated by PJ of the Northeast Bloggers Network.
Thanks for inspiring me to take more photos!
Nice photos! Glad you got to see your Godchildren!
Thanks Hatch!
I love your take on the theme this month. The 3 colours in the Irish flag the composition of which worked well with the theme. The sculpture holding the 3 balls lookks great. Well spotted.
Thanks Clare!
These pictures made me smile. They are fun and happy and a great take on three. My favorite is the last. Happy family!
Thanks Katherine!
You sure did have a busy month! Good for you for staying alert for any subject matter related to the “three”. Looks like the chance to hang out with your Godchildren for a couple of hours was the the highlight.
Thanks!
I love that these challenges make me actually look at my surroundings to find possible theme pictures.
You have a great eye for noticing details around you! Most of those “three’s” would have gone unnoticed by most people. And who would be sad with a 6-hour layover when there was such a cutie to pass the time with?! Great job.
Thanks Lisa.
I have adorable God children! Hayden is 5 & Peyton is 3. It was super awesome to see them in person since we usually Skype.
A good selection of images for the month. Good thinking about the Irish flag. Never would have thought that.Works well!
Great photos to fit the theme! I love the different taps!
Thanks Rachel!
