Boston Brunchers: Fall into Fashion – Cruise, Lunch, and Shopping – at Cambridgeside Galleria

Sometimes, being a blogger opens up the doors to some really fun opportunities.

That was the case on Sunday, September 28th – when Boston Brunchers hosted a wicked fun day out.

The weather could not have been better! Sunny & 80 degrees.

The first stop was Charles Riverboat Company for a cruise down the Charles river.

The boat staff were great! Friendly & informative.

I felt spoiled to live near such a beautiful city.

Also on board were a bunch on mannequins showcasing fall fashion.

Here are just a few photos (I took quite a few but I’ll try to highlight the best here):

Post cruise, we headed to P.F. Changs for lunch. Thank you to the staff there as well! They’re running a promotion during the month of October to help fight breast cancer. They’ve painted the iconic horse statues outside of their restaurant pink & have asked you to take a picture with them. If you post the photo to social media with the tag #PaintPFChangsPink – they will donate $1 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. I will be in their area this weekend for the unveiling & dedication of the Edgar Allan Poe statue in Boston, so I plan to take a photo on my way back.

After lunch, it was on to CambridgeSide Galleria to shop and redeem some of the coupons from our swag bags. I LOVE the Fenway Park tee shirt I bought at Roster. It ended up only costing me $8 after the $30 gift certificate from Roster that was included in our swag bag.

After shopping – we headed to the Cheesecake Factory to get a free slice of cheesecake to go. Could this day get any better?!

I then gave a ride home to 2 other bloggers who live in Quincy. In a small world moment, both Rica Elysee work in nonprofit fundraising so we “talked shop” for most of the way home. Sorry Janelle if we were boring you!
