Weight Watchers – Live Life Active

I am very excited that the Weight Watchers meeting topics for March all focus on getting in activity.

I was so happy in my Tuesday meeting that my Leader actually started laughing at my nodding along and thumbs up. (It was fine with me.)

The reason I’m so happy is I feel like “I got this” and I like sharing my fitness progress with others.

I’ve written before of my love for Weight Watchers Active Link, in encouraging me to move more.

My blog and fitness goals for 2014 perfectly align with what Weight Watchers is talking about this month. I’ve been blowing out of the water my goal to run at least one 5K a month in 2014.

On Saturday, I registered for the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk. I’ll be walking the full 26.2 mile course, and raising money for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/The Jimmy Fund.

We lost our soccer game last night, but my teammates say I’m improving.

(There’s a bar in the gym! I drink diet soda or water though, since I drive home.)

I’m going running with Jess tonight, since we couldn’t get our run in on Monday.

    • I tried to walk the full route 2 years ago, but rolled my ankle at mile 17. (2013, I was a fundraiser only, because my grandfather’s wake was on the same day as the walk,)
