Welcome to my new blog!

My name is Danielle, and I’m a 20-something (closer to 30) year old woman who lives in MA.

In 2013, I’ve lost 25 pounds through the Weight Watchers Points Plus program.

My goal for 2014 is to lose another 25 pounds, to get myself down to a healthy BMI, and then keep the weight off.

I’ve found that social fitness programs motivate me, and writing is a great stress reliever. Combining the 2 lead me to start this blog.

My goal for this blog is to talk about my own personal fitness progression.

As of today, I can walk/run a 5K – hardly the picture of fitness. I’m realistic for my fitness goals for 2014. You’re not going to find me running a marathon, but I’d love to be able to walk the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund walk route and/or MS Challenge Walk Cape Cod.
